Terms of Service

These terms are a placeholder published for transparency during early access. Before public launch they will be replaced by counsel-reviewed terms covering: the service description and acceptable use; subscription, billing, and cancellation; data ownership (your studio's data is yours); payment processing via Stripe Connect (funds flow to the studio's own Stripe account); availability and support expectations during early access; and limitation of liability.

Early-access studios receive the current draft terms directly as part of onboarding, and will be notified of every change before it takes effect.
